Hello!
I would be honored to support you during your pregnancy, birth, & postpartum. I have experience with hospital based natural births, vbac, cesarean, teens, & high risk pregnancies. I also have extensive experience in home births, working closely with locally Licensed Midwives- this helps make me a well rounded birth doula serving St. Augustine, FL, Jacksonville, FL and Palm Coast, FL. I am a Certified HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Educator & I have experience with the Bradley Method Childbirth Education & training with Spinning Babies.

Providing you with a safe space
My birth package includes a complimentary initial meeting, 2 prenatal visits, unlimited phone, text, and email. Support for your entire labor, birth, and initial postpartum. You have access to my library, receive birth preferences assistance, breastfeeding support, knowledge of resources, and 1 postpartum visit. With the option of adding a HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Education series.
In-person and remote options
Bare Necessities Doula Care is also offering virtual childbirth education classes to anyone in the United States.
